What you see is not what you get

Suitable for: Romance

- picture on site is not from that hotel but from another hotel of the same group (Hotel Colbert). This hotel doesn't even have a facade in a decent sense
- ordered junior suite, received simple small room
- airco not working at all, probably only ventilating bacteria
- dirt and mushrooms in bathroom ventilator

Room service consists of Pizza Hut delivery only! No breakfast included in the expensive room cost, only food served is breakfast and a poor excuse for a bar!!! no coffee facilities !!!

Staff very polite, friendly and helpful (calling taxis etc) Nice & clean - the first thing we always check to see is that room and bathroom are spotless.

I LIKED THE LOCATION THOUGH IT WAS LITTLE QUITER THAN MY PRIVIOUS HOTEL. IT WAS BIT UNCOMFORTABLE FOR 2 ADULTS AND A CHILD TO SLEEP ON TWO JOINT SINGLE BEDS. WISH IT WAS A DOUBLE BED.

The hotel was well situated off the main road down a small avenue and so felt very secure. Night porter was friendly, we did not meet others. The room was very nice and surprisingly spacious for Paris

The lift is a bit small for a disabled person - my wife walks with the aid of a walking frame. Additionally, no help was offered with our luggage, which was a bit disappointing. We were pleasantly surprised with the condition and cleanliness of the room and were particularly impressed with the size and quality of the bath towels provided.
