I felt the front desk person could have been more friendly but he did help us.

NOT SAFE!! The breakfast was terrible and the people were rude at breakfast. The bed was never changed in 9 days and was not made so the bottom sheet covered the mattress all the way. We made a mistake and did not book enough days--after 8 days they then charged us their highest rate for that last night. Needless to say, we will go back to the Carousel Inn.

We certainly appreciate the help in switching our rooms and trying to accomodate our family size. Also appreciated the very helpful map / directions. Was disappointed in the continental breakfast (although in no way was it misrepresented) as we had just come from a hotel in San Diego that provided so much more food selections. Our initial reservation was for a standard room. I applied online from which the description of the room was 2 queen beds w/the poss. of a roll-away. Five in our party so I booked that room. When we saw the room it was way too small for our group and actually too small for two queen beds for any one to move around in. Disappointed in that fact and we were very fortunate that a larger room was available for us to switch to because we would not have been able to stay our 3 nights in that standard room.

Right across the street. Recently updated, fairly quiet. Appreciated small refridgerator and microwave in room!

The room was comfortable and clean but the beds where horrible, the matress was stiff and uncomfortable, the blankets where the pits!
