We spend there 3 nights in September 2009. We booked the room with double bed, but were located in the room with two single beds joined together. After our intervention at the reception desk, it was swaped to double bed room. The staff was helpful in this matter. It is a simple hotel, with no fireworks. Basic amenities, TV, safe box, fridge, which did not look very trusty, but can't tell because we did not use them. I would recommend it for short term stay only, as for longer stay I would like something more comfortable. But it's good for budget travelers. Not in the exact centre of Paris, but with good Metro and RER connections. The bus from the Airport (CDG) arrives very closely to this hotel, so it is convenient for first time visitors. Overall, recommended for budget, not recommended if you require a slightest bit of luxury.

I find it hard to believe that this is a 3 star hotel. The reception area is at the end of a narrow corridor. Reception were friendly enough however. The lift is so tiny my wife and I could not fit in with our 1 suitcase, and we are not large people. The bed pretty well filled the bedroom. Could not have tolerated more than 1 night.

Would have liked tea-making facilities in the room. Very cosy, yet roomy. with a nice outlook from the windows. Was aware of the noise of the lift, though, which was next to the room.

I attended a conference at the hotel, and am not a skier. I anticipated using my free time reading in the lounge, in front of a nice fire. Unfortunately, the hotel policy was to light the fire at sundown, and only burn it for a couple of hours. I never saw the fire lit during my five day stay. The food, service, and accomodations, both for myself and the conference was very good.

We got sizable room comparing to the same level hotel in Paris.

HOT AND VERY NOISY

We found that the neighborhood did not have much to offer in terms of interesting restaurants or activities. The staff was wonderful in assisting us with questions and information.

we were moved to the Hotel Dopera(?) near Gare dlest and Gare Nord, which was disappointing as we had booked the Trianon specifically for its proximity to Gare de Lyon where we were catching a train from the following day. Tv didnt work and sink plug broken

we got a promotional rate. official price at 110 EUR would get an OK rating. cool standard room, so far ok, just for a night. the swisscom hot spot would be perfect if (for quick visitors) less expensive!
