Very good Hotel even so the renovation was not completed yet ,It was very clean and the staff was helpful and very friendly. Location was very convenient Would stay in your Hotel again.

The hotel is undergoing a refit/upgrade at the moment so the rooms we were given at levels 10 and 11 may not be representative for long. These rooms are approaching the end of their life and are getting a bit tired, but were still comfortable enough for our two day stay.

What the hotel really has going for itself is its location (see rather poor photo) being within approximately 10-15minutes walk from the Operahouse, the Sydney Tower and Darling Harbour. The helpfulness of the staff was also excellent, such that when we arrived at the hotel at 7am Monday morning flying in from Singapore, we were given rooms to move straight into. Also when leaving we hade the benefit of free car-parking for some hours whilst loading the hire car with our stuff.

All considered the hotel is value for money.

I loved being able to walk everywhere - Rocks, Quay, Darling Harbour, Hyde Park, Botanic Gardens & Museums. Nice fixtures and finishes in the room.

OVERALL,A VERY PLEASANT STAY soap too small for 2 people & one day we not get any milk. I think there should be a bedside radio,not from the t.v ,where there was only a limited number of stations

The service from the staff was of a high standard. I was somewhat disappointed with the meal I ordered from the restaurant but that could have been something as simple as a poor choice on my part. Unfortunately the water pressure from the bathroom sink was non existent and the drain for the bath was blocked. I would have preferred to have been transfered to another room but this did not happen.

Overall the accommodation was adequate for the room rate. The staff were friendly and customer focused. No facecloth was available.

Very helpful staff when it comes to bookings.
