the front desk staff was very attentive and help full, always had a plesant smile and greeted everyone. It was a pleasure to stay at travelodge. the cleaning staff did wonderful job. my stay was wonderful, and i will use holidaycity again and again.

Met our needs...rooms were a bit rough around the edges and there was an unpleasant smell of BO present upon arrival. I don't believe they wash the comforters between guests. The lobby and public areas are much nicer. Old TV with a remote you had to press 10x to channel change despite new batteries. Front desk guy was nice and helpful. Think he was named Barrington? This was supposed to be a business class room buf it was a bit dumpy. No breakfast buffet, no pool and raggedy towels. Sorry but I doubt we would stay again unless it was free and the comforters were washed.

front desk receptionist very helpful and informative to all my questions. He actually took the time to listen to my concerns of how our flight was delayed.

What a wonderful start to our winter in Florida..
We arrived at the hotel around 3pm, and where very pleased at how clean and spacious the hotel lobby was.
The staff at check-in looked very professional, as well as friendly & helpful. Our room was very clean, neat, and airy. We especially liked the close proximity to resturants & shops. Our shuttle to the airport was on time, and the driver very courteous. I would recommend
this hotel to professionals, families, and couples.
