Recommendation:   By Dr.Alex Evans  New Zealand Problems were sorted out fairly quickly, however, there were some problems, and there was some argument over the beds issue. Also, when we left, the hotel tried to charge us the full rate, and not the one agreed with holiday city. This was sorted out ... quickly with an apology - but it may pay to be on one's guard. . You should be aware that standard twin rooms comprise one single bed and one sofa bed. The hotel does not warn guests of this, and this could cause disappontment to some - especially those expecting the super-duper orthopedic beds they advertise as standard! when we complained, we were moved to another room, but it was made clear that this was only being done on special request. If you want a real bed, and not a sofa bed, this may not be the hotel for you.
