Staff Service

Generally, the level of staff service was very good during my stay. However, there was one lapse that I should report. On May 23, the day before my departure, I called the desk to request a 4:00 AM wake-up call for the following morning. I did not receive that call. Luckily, I awoke at 4:30 and managed to pack and check out within 45 minutes. The half-hour delay in my departure put me into morning rush hour traffic as I approached Toronto, which I had intended to avoid by leaving London earlier. I managed to make my flight connection, but with no time to spare and I had to go without breakfast.

The receptionist recommended a wonderful restaurant for us. She first asked us what we liked to eat. She was friendly and courteous. Parking was great for handicap. Room was quiet and the bed was comfortable with great pillows.
