Travelodge Garden City is located on the right.

Hotel was reasonably comfortable. Rooms were much smaller than expected. No swimming pool which I was a bit surprised about given that almost all hotels/motels in Brisbane have pools. How do they cope in summer? Definitely more of a business hote...
