The staff were excellent the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in thank you and the food was wonderful too.

all I can say is excellent .I stayed here with my 10 year old son even he was impressed.staff service was second to none very prompt as each hour passed on our first day I was even more impressed.The pl was amazing really made our holiday fantastic pool for a city location.Well done Traders will recomend and come back.

The staff at Trader's Hotel are some of the most courteous and helpful I've ever encountered. From the morning greeting at the elevator to directions to various spots in Singapore, everyone always had a smile on their face.

This hotel is pleasant and absolutely unpretentious. It is comparatively cheap for Singapore standards and thus I didn't have high expectations to start out with. But I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel, the friendly staff, nice pool, gym etc. The only tow draw backs are the tiny rooms and, actually worse, the other guests - due to its moderate pricing, Traders attracs bus loads of noisy Americans and relatively gruesome tourists - all in shorts and bath slippers with too small t-shirs at all hours of the day (and night).

The hotel provide good added value with the shuttle bus to shopping centres in Orchard Rd, very timely and good service. The room is small and the bed need to be refurbished. The aircon is not working very well and tends to be hot in the morning.

The only time service was a little poor was my companion's experience at breakfast our last day, when he found it was very slow. Otherwise, the staff was VERY responsive and friendly. I found the bed a little hard, compared to the beds featured in similar hotels in the US.

The shuttle service is excellent.

It is quite expansive without including breakfast for the room rate that I paid.

I was booked the reservation through the holiday city and I have printed all the necessary documents. when I was rrived at the hotel,the reception told me that my name wasn't there, Even I have shown the print out.

At the last two the hotel has failed to register for air-miles on my Krisflyer account eventhough I specifically asked for it, and check-in staff confirmed I find the price of internet connection in the room unreasonably high

Value for money for the room is good, but all other facilties are very expensive. Unfortunately they encouraged us to eat out of the hotel.

Hotel charges for internet access in the room and their business centre was quite high.

I usually stay on Orchard Road either in Orchard Parade or the Hilton because at night I like to walk to Orchard Towers. The walk is a bit far from Traders, especially in the rain. I had to get a Taxi. It was a very comfortable room.

Price is not competitive enough Nice to stay and very comfortable room

The hotel is on renovation and there isnt any restaurant around and it is holds in a conference room.

This room was so badly presented that we checked out of the hotel after one night.

Staff particularly cheerful, helpful and attentive - brilliant!
