The hotel room was clean and comfortable if somewhat small.
The breakfast was inedible. Would have like to see fruit and yoghurt or something non greasy. We were not even asked what we preferred, it just came out as soon as we were seated. The location was reasonable ,although, as the buses stopped at 6pm it made it hard to do anything at night unless you were prepared to walk. The staff were courteous but seemed to sit around text messaging a lot. The man on the desk during the daytime seemed very good at his job and in our opinion wasted in such a small hotel. Go international and go for it my man! Australia could use the likes of you! In summary, we did not pay much for this hotel, we got what we paid for.!

Staff were very helpful and obliging. Breakfast served quickly. This Hotel is excellent value, has a shuttle into Brunei centre.
