THIS HOTEL HAD EVERYTHING I WANTED. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE CLEANLINESS AND VERY COURTEOUS STAFF. I WOULD CERTAINLY STAY THERE AGAIN.

We have been staying a this hotel for about 11 years. Prior to that I have stayed at the hotel for business purposes, from approximately 1975 to 1990. The location is very accessible and is convenient to many businesses. We choose the DVH hotel rather than downtown hotels as it is more affordable, parking is easy and there is a good dining room. Including a full breakfast at a low cost is very beneficial. The staff whom we met were very good. If I have any reservation it would be that the dining room staff on Sunday morning, Noveber 14th, were not always on task.

This was our wedding night. There was nothing special in our room waiting ie; champagne, strawberries, morning breakfast in our room as a surprise. The Delta located at 401/ Kennedy offers this to any couple who book with them and I'm sure many other hotels do the same. This was very dissapointing. I will not be staying at your hotel again.

This is an ex "Crown Plaza" hotel and the interior is quite nice, although it is not the same grandeur as a top quality Holiday Inn . Although I say this there is an indoor fitness facility and pool plus a bar area and dining room - so - for the price I paid and plus I was working down the street - a real steal for me. Try it - you will likely enjoy your stay. Actual room was very spacious, clean and comfortable
