The staff are polite,courteous and hardworking,and the meals I had very good. In my opinion the hotel is in an ideal location for pretty much everything, whether it is shopping,theatres or sightseeing.

In general, accomodation in London is too expensive. The room is excellent, since I get an upgraded room (they don't have the room that we prefered: non-smoking + quiet), this despite that I have called 2 days before (and already OK/reserved)
