I enjoyed my stay in this hotel for few reasons: it is located in the heart of the city centre, close to shopping centres, the cleanliness of the room was of high standard and I enjoyed the ice cube fridge which was located outside the room I stayed. In addition the staff was courteous and nice. The setbacks were that the room was not equipped with study lamp, the lobby was crowded and noise. Whatever it is, I was satisfied with the overall services of this hotel and will stay again in this hotel the next time I visit London.

Convenient location overlooking Oxford Street, across the road from Marble Arch with Hyde Park a stones throw away. Buses & tube station right by the hotel. Staff courteous & very helpfull, concierge available with helpful information, directions, maps & booking facilities for shows etc., good buffet breakfast. Executive rooms very confortable with convenient executive lounge excess. Tea & Coffee making facilities in room, excellent bathroom facilities. Lovely cosy bar as well as coffee lounge & restaurant. Plenty of shopping in Oxford Street with all the big department stores, loads of little restaurants in the nearby side streets. very convenient location.

Thistle Marble Arch is the best place you could stay if you want to spend time in central london.The rates are good.I come to london 2-3 times a year on business and I always stay at the Thistle.

The hotel is situated in a excellent location for a family to spend a holiday in the city specially for shopping.And for the business traveller it's very central to get about do their work.

I always enjoy my stay at this hotel and return to it whenever I am in the city if at all possible.On this occasion I upgraded to an executive room which was very nice indeed, the bathroom was excellent,the bed was huge,and the room spacious.
The staff are polite,courteous and hardworking,and the meals I had very good.
In my opinion the hotel is in an ideal location for pretty much everything, whether it is shopping,theatres or sightseeing.

The service of the hotel i was not happy with, a stay at this hotel was a prize i won which had been pre payed for on the internet however the reception staff continued to take my personal card details to pay for this room, the staff on reception seemed to not understand me as i didnt understand them either which made this even harder to resolce the mistake they ahd made. i work for Capital One and a lot of business could of been brought to this hotel had the service been a little better.

In general, most of the hotels still don't have computers for free internet (but there are some, even free wireless in the room). In general, accomodation in London is too expensive. The room is excellent, since I get an upgraded room (they don't have the room that we prefered: non-smoking + quiet), this despite that I have called 2 days before (and already OK/reserved)

i ordered a no smoking room but there were none available apart from a disabled room. the receptionist offered me an upgrade to a deluxe smoking room, which i declined so i accepted the disabled room
