I Enjoyed my stay at your hotel and will stay again soon, a few comments regarding my experience: Booking rate noted Broadband Internet - This should not be an additional charge for Club Room - booking details indicate that it is included. 10 AM disturbed by your staff to check the Mini Bar? I understand that this is a requirement but I was in the shower - I would much rather wait at reception on check out for this to be done. Small and far more expensive than KL hotels for club rate.
