Stayed at this hotel because I had stayed at the Thistle Picacilly and also Travalgar Square several times and also because we were arriving late. Was very uncomfortable in the room; room was very, very small and dark wood did not help the appearance. Staff was extremely nice and helpful.

They had internet for which you had to pay. I just wanted to print my boarding pass!!! Staff was not very accommodating nor friendly. They seemed to be dealing with a few problems and all of them were affected by and preoccupied with those problems when we arrived.

The location was fine as we were there to stay the night before catching our home-bound flight out of Heathrow.

There was a great little pub nearby (within walking distance), in a residential area called The White Horse. I recommend the pub!!!

The rooms need some decoration.
Kleenex tissues in the rooms would be appreciated

After a 3 week business/holiday trip to the UK, with my 13 year old grandson, we stayed at your Hotel for three nights for a bit of tourism.

The room was extremely comfortable. At GBP 40/night, this was excellent value. The only thing missing was a fridge in the room. The Hotel was very well situated for access to Windsor by bus and to London by underground.

I am a white Australian and stayed at your Hotel with my 13 year old coloured Australian grandson, both of us finding the facilities excellent.

We found it very easy to relate to your very pleasant and helpful British European staff. They were very nice, professional and extremely helpful. They feted my coloured grandson, who felt really at home with them, as both they and he have English as their first language.

The staff were quite friendly and efficient and the food in their restaurant was excellent but it was perhaps a little pricey (but no more-so than anything else in the UK).

I would definatley reccomend staying here for anyone who has early morning flights out of heathrow airport as it can be painful and expensive to transfer from the centre of London to an airport...especially early in the morning. We would definately stay close to an airport again if we had another early flight...anywhere in the world.

The staff were welcoming and we really enjoyed our stay. We have used your hotel on route to Heathrow previously and would do again. The meal in the restuarant was lovely.and staff attentive.

hello just a line to say the restaurant prices were far too expensive for what you received and the service was slow and shabby .

A good value for money. But some staff really sometimes make you annoyed. I extended my stay at the hotel, and the receptionist was aware of that, but unfortunately twice their staff come and wake me in a span of one hour to inquire, when I am leaving!
Also be careful if you did not try eating in their restaurant they will remind in your Room TV monitor to try it, I had that notice posted twice!

Overall,very comfortable and pleasant. I have no complaints at all.

The bed was much too small for a married couple. The bathrooms decor was dingy and from the 50s era!

The young man who checked us in was great! Very pleasant and efficient. Sorry I didn't catch his name.

The central heating didn;t work and room was too hot so had to move

the front door was regularly opening when we were sitting inthe bar prior to going into the restaurant, letting in a blast of very cold air. This leaves us with a strong negative memory of the hotel.

Very pleasant hotel. We used the facilities of the nearby fitness centre but felt having to pay GBP3 for the use of a towel a little offputting Nicely situated room which was very comfortable
