I had to sleep with an open window. And this is in London quite difficult. Furthermore the entire interior is so old and used that its more a hostel than a hotel. On the webiste you are showing your prices without VAT. In Germany its illegal to give out rates without VAT. This is not transpartent and not customer friendly. I told my Company to black list this hotel. Best regards, Mark Lindner

Prices at the bar are exorbitant. A glass of wine costs GBP5.95 !!! Way out of line. Amenities should be checked to ensure they are all functional.

The standard Rooms are Poor Superior Rooms are good.
