The Room i had was so warm that i couldn't sleep in there even when i switched the heating off. I had to sleep with an open window. And this is in London quite difficult.

Furthermore the entire interior is so old and used that its more a hostel than a hotel.

On the webiste you are showing your prices without VAT. In Germany its illegal to give out rates without VAT. This is not transpartent and not customer friendly.

I told my Company to black list this hotel.

Lounge area should be extended to allow guest to just sit and relax without being obliged to order from bars. Prices at the bar are exorbitant. A glass of wine costs GBP5.95 !!! Way out of line. Amenities should be checked to ensure they are all functional.

Although I had booked and Paid by AMEX. the hotel attempted to get me to pay again at a higher rate than quoted. The standard Rooms are Poor Superior Rooms are good.
