Don't trust the picture of the room in the internet. It is a world a part from the real thing. The room is big, but very poorly maintained, to the extend that I would say it is dirty. The plus point is free broadband in the room. And the due to the poor maintainance, the key card control that ensure the lights & aircon are off when you leave the room is faulty. So I get to on the aircon 24 hours, even when I am away. Location is good. Walking distance to KLCC (Suria). The view from the room is the Twin Towers, nice! Note that it is near a mosque. So expect the usual noise. Also note there is construction nearby, less then 50m away. Another source of noise.

Our family short stay @ The Zon was satisfying. The only setback was, there was no hot water supply in one of the bathrooms. Since it was a short stay, it did not pose any inconvenience to any members of our family. The location is just great! We would definitely consider The Zon for our next visit to KL. Thank you to all the courteous staff! :)

Staff were courteous and very helpful. Very convenient location. Rooms is spacious and have a nice view of the twin tower. Breakfast was ok but not much varieties. Would certainly recommend this hotel to others.

The Zon is well situated and a very comfortable hotel. The only reservation I have is that I made the mistake of staying during Ramadhan. the hotel is directly opposite a large mosque and the loud speakers were going day and night so it was difficult to have a good nights sleep

Being our first trip to Kl we were a bit apprehensive as to what to expect. But I have to say, both my wife and I were really impressed by the hotel. Dont let the plain, drab external appearance of the hotel fool you. In comparison to the nearby hotel Nikko, this may look like a budget hotel. The Foyer too was a tad simple. But the room was simply excellent. In par with some of the best i would say. The facilities provided, really made it worth it. A point to be mentioned, the staff here were very helpful and took care of us well. I had specifically asked for a non smoking room and if possible one that would face the park. I was pleasantly surprised to get both my requests answered, and all this was done over the phone just a couple of days before arrival. The breakfast was more than adequate. And the view of the twin towers from the pool was really spectacular. (Note: use the pool after sunset. Thats when the city skyline looks even more beautiful) The hotel is centrally located too, so it was ideal for us honeymooners. The Ampang park station was a just a Minute's walk which made travelling cheap and helped my wife save up more and splurge more on chocolates. had a good time and would someday love to experience it again

My family stayed there over the weekends and I must say that they have excellent customer services, all up to my request. Value for money as they have the 2-bedrooms suites which cater to family like mine, 4 adults and 2 young toddlers. Only thing which i would suggest is the hotel need some form of upgrade cos due to wear & tear. Maintenance by the staff must be even more thorough cos they've carpeted flooring which can be quite dusty. Overalll, I am very satisfied with our stay and will definitely go back to ZON on my next trip.

Wud appreciate if someone has checked if the toiletries and teabags n coffee bags are enough for 4 guests. Other than that everything is fine Enjoyed our stay and will stay again the next time.

When we first reached the hotel, the reception staff told us that they did not have 'non smoking room' for superior room, resulted, we been assigned to a room at 5th floor. When we arrived at the 5th floor room, we found out that the room was in a very heavy smell of cigarettes, therefore, we ask a change of room. Immediately, the reception staff told us that they will upgrade our room automatically to 1 bedroom deluxe room; we found out that this room was very good & no smell at all. Location wise, the hotel is very near to KLCC; 10mins normal walk or 13mins walk if U are slow.

everything is good, provided you do not mind the morning prayer (via loud speaker) from the mosque nextdoor.

arrive early at 11.00am, the hotel let me to check-in early since the room is ready. the room is pretty clean and nice my only wish is,they can improve the buffet breakfast selection.

Spacious , good for families, walking distance to KLCC

Our room was very spacious! the only downside was it was a smoking room when we had asked for a non-smoking room so we had a strong cigerette smell but this may be because we checked in very early so there may have only been smoking available. Great value for money though!!!

We (husband, daughter and me) had stayed in this hotel a few times before and had been very pleased with its excellent location, spacious bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and prompt and courteous staff service every time. Since the hotel didn't offer the 3D/2N package anymore this year, it was value for money booking with HolidayCity as we stayed there for 5 nights.
As we have a 14 yr old daughter, it was ideal as my husband and I could have our drinks and watch TV in the living room as she was asleep in her bedroom.
Best of all was the location - 5 mins walk to KLCC and 2 mins walk to the best Nasi Kandar shop!

My kids and I enjoyed ourselves tremendously. Room was spacious with good amenities.Staff was polite and efficient. In fact we got our room promptly by noon when we arrived.!Breakfast was very delicious. will definetely be back!
