The room (and hotel/apartments) are run down and in dire need of refurbishment - a simple redecoration would not fix the poor state of the interiors

Staff were frendly and helpful. I can only say once again it needs tidying up its tierd. The room is well past time to redecorate.

I have to say we were very disappointed with the standard of accomodation. The reception staff were very helpful and this was the only positive experience we had for our stay. The house keeping staff need to improve their standards with their cleaning duties.They also lack customer interaction, which I feel is poor in a hospitality situation. I don't believe the cost of this accomodation reflects its standard, I have stayed in better for the same amount of money in a similar location and following this experience will be returning to my past preference of accomodation. The first room was disgusting. The freezer hadn't been defrosted. The lounge smelt of mildew.The grill was caked with congealed fat. we were invaded by cockroaches at night they were cralling all over the bathroom floor. General house keeping left a lot to be desired. The hot plates blew up which was the final straw. We were given another room after voicing our displeasure.

The map we had from RACV was incorrect. It had the Raddisson and Waldorf hotel in their opposite locations. The apartment was fine but needs updating in terms of paint, furniture etc. The fold out bed was unsuitable.

The swimming pool is badly maintain. It is smelly. It was advertised as a 4 star hotel. I think you should rate it as 2.5 or at most 3 stars. The room has a very musty smell and it was generally dusty.

The front desk service is very polite and helpful. The decor esp. carpet, sofa and curtain should be brighter as the current col scheme makes it looks "dull" very winter like.

main problems were the noise from the street, but we were in the city, so that is expected. There were three of us and it was great to find a pull out sofa bed so we could each have a room.

Hotel mixed up my reservation. Charged my credit card for dates beofre I even arrived in the country and then only had one room availbe when I did arrive. The room was dark, smelly and the furnishings were very old. I did not stay there. The only plus side to arriving at 6am and finding that I had nowhere to stay was that the staff were very apologetic!

I called the reception and sometimes they do not answer the phone or sometimes they couldn't put me through the phone. The microwave in our room broken down, and they didn't provide us new one although it was not our fault.

Staff were helpful. Lobby is unimpressive, but this does not matter if price is right. Common areas (e.g. outside lifts) need re-painting in a light colour. The apartment needed refurbishment Hall i.e. new carpet, walls re-painted. Otherwise it was very good.
