I recommend that you define some of these terminologies to get accurate responses. For example, what do you mean by facility? BTW, you need to provide wireless network for your clients (even during your renovation.) It was ridiculous that we had to pay almost $10 for 30 minutes on the internet in the business center. We stayed at the Bayview Boulevard twice. The first time, we had a room overlooking the harbour on the 23rd floor. The room had not been remodeled yet--it looked a little old and worn down. However, it was serviceable so we had no complaint especially with the fantastic view.

Doing business today, you need the web. I booked the hotel online as it said it had Internet. 1st room had none. Paid for upgrade. Then found out I had to pay ridiculous price for Internet. (more than in Bangkok). Then found that there was no Ethernet cable, so I bought my own. Then bought Internet time, only to have it disconnect me 20 hour early. Could not do my business at this hotel. Staff were not helpful at all. Room cost me $40 more per night than expected.

Fire alarm was set off by (I believe) staff playing with the system at 1am. Staff lacked training as it took 30 /45minutes to reset the alarm
