Breakfast was not all \it could be. Ran out of fruit juice and bread and croissants on the day we ate in .

ideal location for sightseeing had requested a 2lt bottle of coke be placed in room and this was not done. When asked was advised that there was a coke machine on the floor and we could use that.

queen-size bed too small even for this amply-sized efficiency.

outstanding location and value very comfortable

All the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Larger than I anticipated and very comfortable. Everything was just fine.

our only real issue is that it is a "no stopping" zone in front of the hotel, so you cannot even offload your bags at the front door. we booked a room with a harbor view, but when we checked in, but we were not given a harbor view room. After inquiring at the front desk, they made the change and we ended up with a beautiful room with an amazing view. We were very pleased with our room

We asked for a change of room as we wanted a balcony and our request was granted without hesitation and a great deal of pleasantness. Our first room was large. Our second room, though smaller,had a view which was wonderful. The balcony though small, suited our needs.

The staff helped us send and receive faxes, and were kind enough to forward clothes I inadvertently left in the drawers in the closet. They also helped with directions to attractions, ferry schedules, and where to go to eat. The staff were absolutely great. I did wish we had been told about the washer and dryer though before we left as we really could of used them. All in all a great experience and we will definitely recommend the hotel. We also enjoyed the pool and the morning breakfast.
