Ran out of fruit juice and bread and croissants on the day we ate in .

When asked was advised that there was a coke machine on the floor and we could use that.

Larger than I anticipated and very comfortable. Everything was just fine.

After inquiring at the front desk, they made the change and we ended up with a beautiful room with an amazing view. We were very pleased with our room

Our first room was large. Our second room, though smaller,had a view which was wonderful. The balcony though small, suited our needs.

They also helped with directions to attractions, ferry schedules, and where to go to eat. The staff were absolutely great. I did wish we had been told about the washer and dryer though before we left as we really could of used them. All in all a great experience and we will definitely recommend the hotel. We also enjoyed the pool and the morning breakfast.
