Stayed for five nights, chose the shore because of price and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room. Only a ten minute walk to the town centre, my only complaint was no free wifi, this should be available in all hotels!

The staff were friendly and helpful The hotel was located right on surfers paradise beach and close to the markets and shopping centers a perfect place to stay!!

The hotel is nice and excellent value for money. Location is great, near the beach and bus stop for you who don't rent car. The only problem is no Air Conditioning. Overall, I would recommend staying at this apartement and look forward to stay here again next time.

My partner and I stayed here for a few days and had an awesome time. We wondered if skimping on price would also mean skimping on comfort. Not so! We had ocean front views on the 13th floor. It was really clean, the staff rock and it was close to everything. We didnt want to leave.

Good location, excellent view toward the sea and mountain valley. Had 9 enjoyable days stay, everything functioning. However, can improve by providing better reading lamp in the lounge, and replacing the sofa in the lounge as the spring is slightly worn out.

A fairly simple establishment, value for money, for families on a budget holiday with helpful, curteous staff. 3 minute walk away from bus stop and beach. 10-15 minutes walk from the heart of city, Caville Avenue.

Excellent location, just a step across the road to the beach. Although I was in Surfers for business reasons it was a pleasure to be able to watch the sun rise from my corner appartment and cross the road evcery day for a swim. A good convience store just around the road for those breakfast essentials and a very handy supermarket just ten minutes walk away. My seaward facing corner apartment was wonderful even for just the short time I was staying.

The People at the Shore Hotel were great.We had a bit of trouble when the storm hit but they found us another room and made us feel at home.
We will be back in the near future.

Would have been good if there was air conditioning but realise that it would be more expensive if this was provided. Lovely light airy room

there was a bit of a smell when you get out of the lift on the 11th floor

I suggest that the TV set can be place at the master bedroom instead of the dining hall.. I suggest that infront of the leave should be place a big dusbin so that we can throw our rubbish everyday.

Have recommended to others when they visit Gold Coast.Friendly staff too!

The hotel was in a great location on the beach front and the staff were extra helpful and friendly. The apartment we had had recently been renovated and was in excellent condition.

Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful! Bus services in Surfers are not the best! More towels need to be provided also inspection of the towels should also be looked at before someone checks in. One hand towel appeared to be very dirty otherwise everything else was clean.
