We wondered if skimping on price would also mean skimping on comfort. Not so! We had ocean front views on the 13th floor. It was really clean, the staff rock and it was close to everything. We didnt want to leave.

Had 9 enjoyable days stay, everything functioning. However, can improve by providing better reading lamp in the lounge, and replacing the sofa in the lounge as the spring is slightly worn out.

Although I was in Surfers for business reasons it was a pleasure to be able to watch the sun rise from my corner appartment and cross the road evcery day for a swim. A good convience store just around the road for those breakfast essentials and a very handy supermarket just ten minutes walk away. My seaward facing corner apartment was wonderful even for just the short time I was staying.

We will be back in the near future. The staff are wonderful.
