Suitable for: Romance

Definitely one of the best hotel in Singapore With spectacular view of the marina bay and the city. The bathtub has the same view too! However, there are no shuttle bus to town/train station So transportation might be a problem. The staff were excellent!

the pavilion resturant had excellent food and service but the ambience was more family resturant than five star, the hotel needs a five star dining room

the hotel customer service is excellent. So far one of the best we have received, compared to the rest of S'pore 5 or 6 stars hotel in s'pore we have stayed in.

A little cheap at times considering what we paid. They wanted $5 for bubble wrap to pack some gifts. I would think that they could throw that in for free. We stayed at Raffles Plaza earlier in the month and found it much better value.
