The staff on the floor were very pleasant and friendly so cannot fault them, as was the housekeeping staff who responded promptly to my request. As I lived in HK for 13 years and have visited since then and had stayed and eaten in the hotel previously I recommend it for the location and convenience.

The Park Lane is perfectly positioned in Causeway Bay. Great place to stay if a shopping trip is desired. Hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient. All your needs are taken care of by the fantastic staff.
