Suitable for: Business, Singles

Very clean, with an excellent breakfast, and great proximity to the southwest surburbs of London.

The staff was courteous and helpful... The only neghative was the size of the room, which was small, even for London.

I would definitely stay here again.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,obwohl wir eine verbindliche Buchungsbestatigung hatten, wurde uns am Ankunftstag gegen 17:00 Uhr mitgeteilt, dass alle Zimmer belegt sind, was fur uns unverstandlich ist und uns doch sehr geargert hat, da wir in Ihrem Hotel mit Freunden, Familie Schulte, zusammen wohnen wollten . Wir wurden dann auf ein anderes Hotel; Premier Travel Inn, Putneybridge, umgebucht. Mit diesem Hotel waren wir zufrieden.
