As I have booked via holiday city, I was told that my extension rate will be charged as the hotel rate only. I hope they could also give us the promotional rate.

Everyone was tired and irritated by then. fortunately, the frint desk manager, Elaine Lai was apologetic and made effort to help out. Room was dirty and baby cockcroaches were running all over the side table. Bath tub was cracked and stained. Room was old and badly maintained.
