There are twice that the house keeping forgot to put tissue in the bathroom.

For several days of my stay there, they only cleaned our room after 2pm [and that was only after i called them]

It is very convenient to travel to other places in KL and easy to look for food. The room is quite spacious comparing to other hotels in KL.

Staff agreed to let us know when rm for king bed be available but for 3 nights still no response.Rms were noisy especially when next rms are a shower. Above floors were very noisy & could hear noises.

The electric jug cable IS too short to reach the power point behind the TV.

I kept the milk for my baby in the refrigerator in the morning before i left the room and when i came back the freeze was switched off by the housekeeping and i had to throw all the milk which i bought for my baby. The washbasin tap was broken from the top and to be changed immediately. The room was noisy, you could hear loud tv and music from the next room until late night.
