Location being away from city centre make it easy to get a taxi to areas on the fringe of city center No mini bar and a wardrobe light where safe is located is not working.Cleaner forgot to leave a set of towels after cleaning room

I requested for slippers & bathing robe. The operator promised to deliver to my room in 5 mins, which i took the whole night waiting and yet it was still not delivered. I was expecting a call from the personnel but sadly no one even bothered to inform me that my request cannot be done that night. I tried calling back but they said they'll check for me and will give me a call. As usual, they did not do so. Determined to find out the reason why my request could not be met, i approached the manager the next morning. However, i was asked to wait while the manager attend to me shortly. It took the manager 1 hour to attend to me though. To make thing worse, the manager just say "we are sorry about it". That is the only sentence that came out from his mouth after my long waiting. I was very upset about the experience i had. This is the first time that i encounter such bad hotel experience. slippers and bathing ropes not found

It was a memorable experience. The room was really spacious, i was pleasantly surprised, and it was very clean.
