Room was not ready when checked at 1530. When room was ready at 1600 it has still not been cleaned when we went to room.

No record of reservation from hotel. This was a great inconvenience in the beginning. It seems that hotel staff did not believe that I had a reservation even producing the e-voucher from Holiday City. I had to bear additional expenses to contact employer to verify they were paying from the company. Again, hotel did not believe when it was all on paper. Initial room was poor until we requested to be moved. It was very deoderised with smoke. However, the new room was an improvement.
