as like all other hotels, it pains me to see that a 15 minute phone call to the USA costs the same as a nights stay at your hotel. i would suggest that if your hotel offered reasonable coms rates and advertised so, you would attract more business travelers and make profits else where. Every traveler is disgusted at the rates that hotels charge for coms. obviously a discount room rate but not being able to accommodate a suitcase was a problem.

This is a really nice hotel with excellent bar underneath, always a great buzz we have stayed in this hotel on almost every trip to London on avg twice a year. Room was fine clean and well furnished with Iron, trouser press, safe etc
