I enjoyed my stay fully except for one thing. The music in the corridor was loud enough that I heard it when I tried to sleep in my room. I would suggest you turn it of from 9pm until 9am.

The staff were courteous and helpful. The only problem was, occassionally, getting a taxi in the mornings but generally it was OK. The internet access available in the rooms was excellent. I would not hesitate to book there again.

The only thing which is a draw back are the relatively
small bath rooms where the toilet is cramped behind the
glass door. If you're a big guy this i not a bath room you like.
Shower floor is not low enough and if you stay a long time under it water will overflow on the rest of the floor space in the bath room.
Lighting in it is also more modern then parctical.

Very friendly porter and tour bus driver, as they are so helpful on giving us driving tips to Sentosa Island. thanks.

Washbasin in (small) bathroom space on right meant things fell off end.

Very friendly staff, and excellent gym/pool facility. Beautiful Singapore view

I didn't like the breakfast too much, not enough fresh fruit, tasty muesli and wholemeal bread.

single bed a bit short for 175cm stature

for a business travel hotel it is not bad value. The free high speed internet access was invaluable and the staff in general are good. The reservation staff were terrible though and my dealings with them almost caused me to cxl my stay! Terrible customer service from them and not helpful in anyway - Prime example was I asked if there was any airport bus service that ran to the hotel and how far is it from the Indonesian Embassy. Was told they had no idea about the time it would take to get to the embassy but probably about 20 mins in a cab - They are only 5 mins by cab and a small $3 fair! Was also told that singapore doesnt have a bus service to take guests to hotels and it would cost me $40 in a cab. When i got off the plane i saw the airport bus service that runs to hotels that only costs $7 !!! Room was in good condition - minor issue with the way the room is presented. All the lights and AC are controlled by a centre panal located in the bedhead - so why cover it with pillows and cushions? Spent 15 mins trying to work out the lights before calling reception desk to find out where to look! haha
