Lovely hotel, great value for money, would definitely stay there again.

the room is too small.but view is very nice.

the hotel is in the process of upgrading to a 4 star hotel, work was ongoing during our stay,this will include more and better facilities than they already have (gym,convenience store etc) good sized room,very adequate.

Great location on a clean and safe beach which has spectaculer sunsets and some watersport activities.The village style layout and gardens create a relaxing environment.The coffee house is right on the beach next to the pool and if in need of a change there are some some interesting restuarents within walking distance. The housekeeping staff are very friendly but slow whilst the reception staff give the impression they carry the worries of the world on their shoulders and should learn to smile a bit more.A good hotel for families and those looking for a quite break. The hotel is currently refurbishing some of its rooms and these look really nice but otherwise the rooms are very tired looking and in urgent need of a makeover.

The room was excellent, but the bathroom was poor.

Staff didnt seem very well trained. There were some sort of blood sucking insects in the bed.

Hotel name can't be notify at the entrance of the road.

Needs a safe in the room to keep valuables in. We had a long way to walk to reception and the security boxes.

everything in good condition.should provide an astro for the room.

the hotel should have sea sport activities. there should be refreshments in the room fridge. we dont mind paying for it.

Hotel bar very expensive in the evening, therefore very few people there, and no atmosphere. During the day it was fine. Spacious room, with all facilities required.

the room is smelly and i had requested a twin bed but was given a queen size bed instead without informing myself.

please make maintenace your landscape and enviroment!! if u need cosultant landscape architect please contact me. please use the original queen size bed or king size bed. dont use single bed and combine to be large bed.

For some reasons the floor is left wet and sometime dirty after mopping. Even when it is not raining on that day.

What a wonderful holiday we all had. The accommodation was wonderful and clean and very good price.

Food need to b improve especially malay fd not hot enough. D frontdesk need to b more polite dont offend d customer coz i encounter that the Arabian guy want to stay longer but d room hv been bkg. thats make d frontdesk lady anger. Pls provide plastic inside d dustbin for hygienic.n overall is great.
