In 1919 it was further renovated into a thirty room tourist hotel. The current owners re-opened the Inn in 1987 as a thirty eight room hotel. Embassy Inn Washington DC's moldings, mosaic entrance tiles, and marble stairway are original and its furnishings are simple and comfortable reproduction antiques.
