The Hotel Terminus Nation was fine for what we needed, a pair of girls on a sight seeing trip to Paris. The beds were clean and comfy and the towels changed every day. The room was small but enough for two nights. There was lots of hot water.
However, the younger reception staff could learn to act like they enjoy their job and be more helpful and unfortunately, the walls are a bit thin, screaming child all night in next room!!!!
As regards location, it's perfect with the main central metro line just across the road, couldn't be better.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Located directly opposite a metro station which was very handy.Good value for money.Ideal for someone on a budget visiting paris and looking for somewhere clean to stay. Location not bad given the excellent metro links paris has to offer. Walls between rooms quite thin I found!!

Has a very nice breakfast. Desk manager struggled a bit with English and there was a problem with our reservation which was sorted out. Bathtub was dirty, but the rest of the room was quite nice.

simple accomodation at a bargain price for paris, 54 euros for 2, breakfast included! very sweet and helpful staff. hotel located right outside the metro entrance for porte de vincennes on the extremely convenient ligne 1. if you are into traveling simply and meeting regular people, this is a great place.

Sink was not draining quickly in the morning. I told them and it was fixed by the time we were back. Bed cover wasn't very big and kept slipping off!

Neiborhood far from the city center, not the nicest part of the city otherwize great value for a room in Paris. Could have provided coffee maker or sort in the room.

Advertised outdoor patio breakfast area - this was overgrown with disused electrical equipment dumped in it. Room scruffy - needs refurbishment and decorating.

The Hotel is excellent value for money. Very helpful staff, and a great location with the Metro so close. It was very enjoyable to stay at this Hotel.

Friendly service. Handy location, but closeness to noisy road a drawback. Traffic noise from nearby main road (Rue de Vincennes) was the main drawback for me. The window is well soundproofed, but in warmer weather or just for some fresh air, opening the window made the room very noisy.

If you want a real feel for Paris and it's historic sense of style, this is not the hotel to stay in. However, if you are on a budget and just want somewhere clean and easy to get to, this hotel is spot on. The room is perfectly adequate. Not somewhere you want to 'hang out' but absolutely fine.

Good connections to the center. If you are looking for a clean place to sleep and you are away the rest of the time, then this is a good choice. Not a very nice view; not extremly quiet but for the price almost unbeatable.

Poor location for Paris, but very good for the Metro. See above comments also. Stayed at the hotel two times. It was about what one could expect of a 2 star place. The staff were very helpful indeed.

Very handy location next to Line 1 metro station and 351 bus to de Gaulle airport. The room was really small. Only 6 local TV channels.
