Breakfast was good and well presented. . We stayed in room 40 at the terminus. A shower curtain in the bathroom would have been a bit more practical and less messy, specially when three people have to use the bathroom.

Elevator is unreliable, pressing a button for a floor is no guarantee that the elevator will actually stop at that floor. Cleanliness: damaged toilet makes it look dirty
