Very noisy from midnight to 0500 because of music from the bar below the room

We booked for 2 adults, myself and my sister, and one child, my 11 year old brother, his bed was a fold out chair, which he found very uncomfortable we would have prefered a bed for him. The hotel had no record of our booking on arrival despite an email received from yourselves confirming our booking.

Breakfast was good and well presented. We stayed in room 40 at the Terminus. A shower curtain in the bathroom would have been a bit more practical and less messy, specially when three people have to use the bathroom.

For location, it is very good. Metro is next door, Gare Montparnasse for trains to South East like Bordeaux 5-minute walk. Your price is their walk-in posted at the door Was given a room at the ground floor. Window opened to a small airway ie no view

broadband service at room will be great. shower no cover is not convenient.

There unexpected noise from the metro.

The bed was too small.

The hotel has recomeended to us by our friend who had been stayng there earlier.

Breakfast SHOULD have been included at that price!

Elevator is unreliable, pressing a button for a floor is no guarantee that the elevator will actually stop at that floor Cleanliness: damaged toilet makes it look dirty

The hotel owners were very pleasant and friendly. No elevators. Drawback was lack of available standing showers. Beds were slightly on the hard side.
