I found the staff, including security, cleaning, reception and dinning room, to be courteous and friendly.

The hotel was difficult to find at 12.30am having driven from Suva and I would recommend a Suva street map on your website. I could not find these anywhere else and had to look for Gordon street whcih is difficult first time around.

The hotel does lack some ambience, but I found it very good value for money and the resturant was very good.

The room was clean and tidy and a good size.

I woudl certainly consider staying again.

Excellent and friendly service from reception staff but restaurant service well below expectation. During a two day stay I was given the wrong bill, my order was fogotten and I was ignored on arrival. Otherwise a good hotel, centrally located with great views.

Excellent accommodation, in-room internet facility a real bonus.

I found there wasn't enough privacy with the pool, from the driveway - people could see in, and the security guard was hanging around which wasn't nice - perhaps more trees or a gate to prevent this? I found that the room was very different in size and look as to what the pictures were on the internet, which was disappointing.
