TV satelite provider doesn't carry French/Italian/Spanish channels, contrary to other hotels.

I believe this has already begun and look forward to seeing it when finished. The service around the pool needs to be improved,while friendly and polite, it took a long time to get any service ..... this is especially relevant on weekends when people have more time to relax by the pool. The doors to the balcony did not close very well and could do with double glazing, as the rooms at the front of the hotel get a lot of noise from Galle Face Green & the traffic. The room could do with LAN/WAN connection, rather than dial-up.
