My stay at Swissotel met my expectation and really made my visit to Sydney a very memorable one - good service, friendly staff, great location and the room was good with great view of the harbour. The only issue i have is that there is no complimentary parking for hotel guest. I will definitely come back again to stay at Swissotel when i return to Sydney next time (hope to get that great view again) and would also highly recommend my family and friends to stay at Swissotel too. The hotel and service were great. Excellent buffet breakfast. We ate out in the evenings so can't really comment on the restaurant.

We often stay in Sydney but this was our first time at Swissotel and we were very pleased. Firstly, It is located right in the centre of the shopping area around Pitt St Mall and you can walk to any of the major attractions in town. Secondly, the staff were very good from the concierge to checkin to waitress service.
We will certainly make Swissotel our first choice Sydney hotel in future.

My friend and I had a lovely stay in a twin share room. We were very warm and confortable and the location was perfect for our shopping weekend. we would recommend this hotel to anyone!

YES I enjoyed my stay and will be back. I could go on ,loved my room clean great air con wonderful bed desk to write at .I was just so happy. Plus very clean every day .
Staff are great all over from front check in , to the lot very good . I also enjoyed the hotel gym.

Location in the heart of the city ,easy to get around .

The hotel is in a convenient location, close shops and heart of the city. Staff efficient and courteous. The bar is fine, and you have an excellent cellar of wines. We enjoyed room service and restaurant.

There were no toothbrushes and toothpaste ready. The air vent above the door makes an irritating sound althroughout the night. Also I think the gym nees upgrade as the machines were outdated, the pool was good though. But other than that, the room was great - clean and comfortable. The linens were crisp and the bathroom was nice.

Not enough staff on check in and check out,especially on busy period,long wait with service at reception On check in i had advise the counter for extra foldaway bed,

very fast service on arrival and departure. Small errors in the invoice (local calls should not appear..) Concierge and reception are efficient . Executive lounge is a plus. Expresso coffee machine is nice -
