Service was very good. An initial mistake (room already given to someone else) was immediately and promptly rectified (upgrade and quick service) Slight problem: the veranda door was not locked. Otherwise perfect.

The broad band cost is too high, and does not relate to time of usage. This is deceitful. I was in room 390. Every morning at 5am i was woken by the drum & base noise from a near by night club. This really needs to be adressed

Good location and facilities in reasonable spot 15 minute walk to Raffles Place. Price has recently been increasing though.

Buffet breakfast in Club Lounge was cold and unappetising. Considering this was supposed to be a "Club" room, the size was very small.

There needs to be more Western choices in the otherwise good buffet lunch and dinner. The rooms are a bit small for this class of hotel and they look like they need refurbishing. I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and every time water has leaked from the bath soaking the bathroom floor.

great location for night life Great view. on our first day they rang the room and asked us to close the windows, which was weird. bathroom was fairly big too.

thanks to the asst manager Mr Gan or else we would have left after checking in for the 1st night. we requested for a non smoking room with a king bed and what we initially got was a twin beded on a smoking floor. as we were not desperate, we enquired if we would surcharged if we move out the next day. luckily Mr Gan was kind enough to 'upgrade' us to a more decent room on a non-smoking floor. However on checking out after 3 nights stay, we gathered we could have paid far less with free breakfast thrown in when we stayed in a biz class hotel over a weekend. now we dont know to book through the internet or not! almost 3 out 6 lamps in the room we had had 1 of its 2 bulbs spoilt which no one replaced.

Excellent service from all staff

Simple things very expensive...$10 for a beer, $16 for 1 load of washing etc etc No TV guide, reception poor, no in-house movies.

Executive club was superb, especially the late checkout. Terrific nibbles at night time and a most delicious breakfast. Staff in the executive lounge were very friendly. Buffet in the restaurant was a gourmet delight, frog's legs, slipper lobster!! Expect to put on kilos.

Mr Eddie on the Execeutive Floor was a very friendly and pleasant staff who made my stay an excellent one. He is always ready to help with a smile on his face. Obviously Mr Eddie enjoys his work and that made us enjoy our stay. More staff shd emulate him. To that we once again say Thank you to Mr Eddie. The size of room was rather small as it was suppossed to be an executive room. One of the closet door was also broken. I am also suprised that no complimentary drinking water provided.

Housekkeping was excellent - eg extra towels.

The in-room espresso machine lacked instructions and I could not even open it to put in water

it feels a bit limited in spatial comfort for a resort hotel. the lounge is too small, too open.
