Unfortunately we had to wait until late in the morning until our room became available. However the staff were very helpful and once in our room we were very comfortable. After checking out we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel and our valuables in the safe until our late afternoon departure the following day. The front counter and other staff were courteous and helpful at all times.The hotel is within walking distance of the closest MRT and Chinatown and therefore well positioned for all travellers.

I didn't use the hotels' eateries, preferring the food courts of Chinatown. Why eat for $25 when you can eat well for $3? The staff were natural, courteous and helpful and some tiny problems with the room were sorted immediately. The location by Clarke Quay is great and there is an MRT entrance right by the hotel. It's very easy to spend or save according to your mood or circumstances. I would stay again.

I am immense by the level of service the hotel staff had provided. Very, very attentive and make you feel welcome. It was a very short stay which I didn't managed to maximise the hotel facilities but I trust that it is good. The location of the hotel is very close by places of interest e.g. restaurants, shopping, bars and clubs. Will certainly return....
