If hotel has free Wi-Fi or internet access, that would be great!!

The price is reasonable if can provide with breakfast will be great.

Our stay in the hotel was at fairly short notice and our arrival time was about 6am. Unfortunately we had to wait until late in the morning until our room became available. However the staff were very helpful and once in our room we were very comfortable. After checking out we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel and our valuables in the safe until our late afternoon departure the following day. The front counter and other staff were courteous and helpful at all times.The hotel is within walking distance of the closest MRT and Chinatown and therefore well positioned for all travellers.

This was a very comfortable 4 days and the only disappointment was that i was charged for what I had thought from the publicity to be inclusive internet access. I didn't use the hotels' eateries, preferring the food courts of Chinatown. Why eat for $25 when you can eat well for $3?

The staff were natural, courteous and helpful and some tiny problems with the room were sorted immediately.

The location by Clarke Quay is great and there is an MRT entrance right by the hotel.

It's very easy to spend or save according to your mood or circumstances.

I would stay again.

This is absolutely a very satisfactory stay. I am immense by the level of service the hotel staff had provided. Very, very attentive and make you feel welcome. It was a very short stay which I didn't managed to maximise the hotel facilities but I trust that it is good. The location of the hotel is very close by places of interest e.g. restaurants, shopping, bars and clubs. Will certainly return....

GOOD LOCATION ESC AFTER THE CONNECTION TO MRT STATION WILL FINISH THE CONSTRUCTION , CHARMING STAFF. BUT, IT'S MORE PLEASANT IF WE HAVE BREAKFAST.
FINALLY, I WILL SUGGEST COLLEAGUE TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL

The staff quite helpful,The Buffet restaurant is very good.

A little pricey but perfectly situated for "BrewWerks" next door, home of the best beers in asia, if not the world. The riverside is also a very pleasant area right in the heart of the city.

Enjoyed my brief stay in the hotel, but room was very small with a good view of a building site for an executive room.
Ideally situated for entertainment

We loved the pool and general atmosphere of the hotel. The breakfast however was expensive for what it was.

please decrease the rate of the hotel if it's possible. Please contact me if it is so.

the counter staff could have worked faster. pls compare novotel, they worked faster during the check in and out.

Service for Executive Club Floor excellent but for "standard" rooms is very mediocre

As I said room was smaller than other hotels, and rate was double of other hotels I have stayed at in this area (Holiday Inn-Novotel) Was a little upset with the continual noise from the building site opposite my room, and lask of access to the hotel due to construction in the area. But in a few months that will be finished! A nice hotel, good service, and breakfast was excellent value! room was a little smaller than other hotel's I have stayed in in Singapore. But well furnished, and the shower/bedroom was a good standard

The bedrooms are very good quality and our cleaning assistant was excellent and considerate.
