We requested to change new pillows. But it still doesn't get better. Actually, the easy ways are just putting pillows into the cloth dryer for 10-15 mins. It will get better

It has refrigerator and tv etc; however,the building plans of the hotel is i think not that safe esp. in case of fire. the room is okey.
