Very close to all markets & visiting place. It was a good room (Family room). My family and myself enjoy our holiday.

Staff were very helpful and friendly - again a relief as I had read many horror stories about rude and unhelpful staff. This hotel was not the case at all, and they helped book our tour around KL which was real value for money. Room was surprisingly a good size and clean. With all the horror stories I read about hotels in Asia, it was a relief to arrive at and stay in at this particular hotel. I was worried that it might be noisy as the hotel was right smack in the middle of Chinatown, but it was suprisingly quiet. Only problem with our room was that our toilet didn't flush properly and leaked at the back. Bathroom itself was tiny, but clean - still no complaints for the price we paid.
