The location is very good. The price seems higher compared with other hotels.

Inspite of this, we found the size of the toilet to be very small, especially with the curtain for shower which could not be retracted to the wall. It was in the way of movement in the toilet when one was not showering. The room was in a reasonable condition except for the cleanliness of the toilet, which we found not to be thorough enough when we checked in. The door lock to the toilet was not working. Twice, we were "caught" locked in the toilet because the door-knob could not be unlocked. After that, we stopped locking the toilet door when using it. The quality of the buffet breakfast was very low. This was aggravated by the 'cook' whose duty was to prepare the omelet. He refused to converse with the guests even when the latter made requests. Either he has a poor grasp of English, or his service attitude was deficient.

Limited TV channels and can do better with full Astro channels esp with more english channels or sports.

We had to wait for more than half hour for a towel! And it is not just one day. Happened 2 / 3 times.
