Quite reasonable and good. Breakfast Buffet is excellent. Not enough power outlet for travellers to charge their phone,battery,laptop etc

I was bitten by bed bugs on the last night of my stay!!

Reception area stuffy. No porter to show the way to rooms. Bathroom is rather small, toilet seat & cover kept falling off, so also the towel rails. Air-conditioning not cool enough.

Its a very nice place to stay for budget travellers like us to enjoy the comforts at reasonable rates. Room was maintained well & clean.

Yet to explore the facility that the hotel has to offer since I was there only for 1 night. Location is definitely a plus with LRT station within walking distance away. There is a stain on my white bedsheets, the size of 50 sens. The shower room is too small. Need to squeeze in for a twin bed room. I found the room in ok if you are not too fussy.

There should be more bellhops to offer assistance in carrying luggages. The toilet could not flush well.

Ideally situated and very clean. One of the nicest hotels I have used. Ideally situated, the staff were excellent in every way, very friendly and polite. The bathrooms are looking a little tired but apart from that it was first class and I will definitely use this hotel on my next visit.

Not pleased that hotel charged for an extra bed when one was not used, despite being promised beforehand that no such charge would be incurred. Bathroom was too small. Space in bathroom would have been better served if shower curtain was only attached to one side, rather than in the middle.

in the heart of chinatown. i wasn't expecting to be slow close. a little afraid of the surroundings but turns out it was very safe. and very very convinent. very nice for the price. not to too small yet quite comfortable once settled in. breakfast is great and all utitlies are good.

We would have liked a greater choice of fresh fruits for breakfast. We were really happy in your hotel!

The pillows were very stinct . We requested to change new pillows. But it still doesn't get better. Actually, the easy ways are just putting pillows into the cloth dryer for 10-15 mins. It will get better

the room is okey. It has refrigerator and tv etc; however,the building plans of the hotel is i think not that safe esp. in case of fire. the room is okey.
