I went driving up from Singapore. I have a pleasant stay at the hotel with my family. The only problem is the hotel does not have their own parking lot and we have to parked at the nearest hotel which is about 10 mins walk from the hotel. This matter makes us worries and we checked out the next day instead of 2 nights and transferred to the nearest hotel which provide parking lots for guests. If only the hotel provide their own parking lots, I think most of the drive up travellers will like it.

I had stayed at the rooms without windows but limit choice of this kind of rooms. The location is very good. The price seems higher compared with other hotels.

We stayed in a family suite. Inspite of this, we found the size of the toilet to be very small, especially with the curtain for shower which could not be retracted to the wall. It was in the way of movement in the toilet when one was not showering. The room was in a reasonable condition except for the cleanliness of the toilet, which we found not to be thorough enough when we checked in. The door lock to the toilet was not working. Twice, we were "caught" locked in the toilet because the door-knob could not be unlocked. After that, we stopped locking the toilet door when using it. The quality of the buffet breakfast was very low. This was aggravated by the 'cook' whose duty was to prepare the omelet. He refused to converse with the guests even when the latter made requests. Either he has a poor grasp of English, or his service attitude was deficient.

The Reception wasnt the most welcoming and not the most helpful too. Limited TV channels and can do better with full Astro channels esp with more english channels or sports.

the Chinese lady attendant at the counter (27 & 28 June afternoon time )was giving excellent & friendly service. neat arrangement on the furniture,have comfortable feeling,just feel like at home.

Your service is very slow. We had to wait for more than half hour for a towel! And it is not just one day. Happened 2 / 3 times.

Very good price so the bathroom was probably as expected. Bathroom is very ordinary.

Not all the staffs are friendly. The shower room is a bit small.

There were some cock-up in the room maintenance. When i checked in, the room was packed with rubbish left by the previous occupant.

When calling to reception area, no one is answering, no available adaptor we were ask to buy from nearby grocery, this is an important equipment to be used for charging mobilephones.

A no nonsense place to spend the night. Not a comfortable place for extended stay.

Hotel is in a good area. Very close to all markets & visiting place. It was a good room (Family room). My family and myself enjoy our holiday.

Guest access from lobby to room was difficult. The sound insulation probably needs to be improved.

They close the door that gives access to Jalan Petaling before 10pm... very annoing

The layout of the hotel took some getting used to especially when trying to find your way from the back of the hotel to front reception. Staff were very helpful and friendly - again a relief as I had read many horror stories about rude and unhelpful staff. This hotel was not the case at all, and they helped book our tour around KL which was real value for money. Room was surprisingly a good size and clean. With all the horror stories I read about hotels in Asia, it was a relief to arrive at and stay in at this particular hotel. I was worried that it might be noisy as the hotel was right smack in the middle of Chinatown, but it was suprisingly quiet. Only problem with our room was that our toilet didn't flush properly and leaked at the back. Bathroom itself was tiny, but clean - still no complaints for the price we paid.

Although, I did miss having a window in the room.
