Overall it was good
Parking is at a seedy looking multistroy parking complex which is not owned by the hotel. The electric kettle is old and the heating element is rusty. Other than that the stuff provided is great for the price. Decent decor in the room.
There is no taps for Muslims to use the toilet. Its quite difficult as we need to use the shower to clean it. Perhaps something can be done.

Room is not ready when we reach. They have changed 3 rooms to us. 1st room: Air-con not working and no remote control for the air-con. 2nd room: Not ready need to wait for 1/2 hrs. 3rd room: ready but tv got no remote control. Positive aspect:Customer service officer are friendly and have good attitude. Counter officer need to improve on their servising attitude Bed is slightly dusty....
There is a room for improvement on breakfast service. Food was finished but took long time (30 minutes) to refill and sometimes even waiters didn't alert. This may cause of lack of manpower (waiters). Actually, superior room with a queen single bed(single) is required upon reservation. Yet, we had served with two single beds(twin). It will be better if hotel side is able to inform their guests before their check in time if requirement cannot be fulfilled.

The receptionist and manager in the hotel were very helpful in securing us transport around the city. Also when our luggage was lost by the airline, the manager called the airline and helped us track it all the way to the hotel. Unfortunatly, the restaurant downstairs is prone to overcharging. When we ate dinner, we were overcharged for water and food. Small bottle of water was RM8.00! They seemed ashamed when we returned to our room later. The room was small but okay. You could not get into the shower without closing the door to the beathroom. Also the room did not look anything like the photos. The photos were of the Swiss Resort and spa and not of the Inn in chinatown.
The staff was super friendly and accomodating. I called at the last minute to ask for a late check out and they agreed- and didn't even charge when we were slightly late for our late check out. The room was attractive and tastefully decorated with a Malaysian flair. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the sheets were cotton.
