Sir, I have filled up a feedback form on my departure. I hope this was highlighted to the management. At the restaurant, I noticed a single restaurant staff who was friendly, attentive and made our short presence there welcome. He worked like a bee, moving, serving and attending to all the customer's needs. In comparison, there were other restaurant staff, who were either slow or inattentive. I have written the name of this outstanding staff in my feedback form which was handed to your receptionist. (I have forgotten the name now). Another staff who was attentive, friendly is a Chinese female from the reception area. She was waring a business coat. I did not take down her name. On the whole my stay was pleasant. oops, could you place a small bottle of glue/gum at your reception so that our feedback form could be sealed. Regards Thomas Das

We stayed in Room no.101 at the first floor. We are four of us total me my wife & two kids. When we want to have some coffee inside our room we are running short of Coffee mate sachets. Since, total no. of sachets was placed only 2. I called front desk to send some sachets to my room. But, till we vacat our room the sachets was not come. Total 3 days we have stayed. Basically we are Vegetarians and we want have coffee in the evening hours but the hotel near surroudings doesnot have any good southindian coffee restaurant. Also, during our stay the bathrooms only cleaned but not the bed cover change (total 3 days we have stayed). Whereever we stay when we place the door card (Please makeup our room) the room was cleaned when we came back fromside in the evening. But, after placement of card the room remains the same. We were slept in the room for 3 days without the bed linen changed. Also, I request for non smoking room & the signage outside the corridor was also showing non smoking area. But, when we entering the room the room was full of smoking smell because the A/c was not on. We try to open the window for sometime but, the window was locked. some how we have managed after 1 hour after the a/c was working. My question was when it says non-smoking, why the room has full of smoking smell? At least, before the guest entering the room the housekeeping has to check & to spray with some good roomspray to getout of smoking smell. The bell boy doesn't carry any goods on arrival we have to manage to take our goods to the room. Thankgod atleast we got the room in front of the elevator. However I don't want to tell only the bad comments. The good comments was The room ambience was good we really enjoyed. The breakfast (eventhough we are vegetarian) it was good. But, still when we come to Malaysia again we will stay in your hotel because the hotel was centrally located.

Hi, Thanks Holiday city for excellent Arrangement, Me and family enjoyed but Only certern things i learned from this trip with Holiday City. 1. I was booked throught your site and I have mentioned check-in time is 15th May 12:00 AM - 2:00 Am, acutally I was reached hotal @ 15th 2:00 AM. Hotal Receptionist says they check-in time is 12:00 PM and Check out Time is 2:00 PM, holiday City never infomed or instrust me at the time of booking. That was reason I have paid One more addtional Day I mean RM 170 extra. 2. At the time of booking, Holiday City debited US$10 from my account, I have enquired about my payment to one of your staff in singapore, they infomed that, just pay blance amount at time of check-out from the hotel, i mean US10 = Rm 34 so I need pay acutaly RM 340 - RM 34 = RM 306 But I was paid in hotal RM 540. I appricate your arrangement and service, but this kind of mis communication can avoid. Thanks REgards Jagadesh

Basically speaking, it's a value for money choice. The hotel is within 5 minutes walk distance from KL rapid Pasar Seni Staion. And it's only one stop to KL Setral from this station. Besides, you could also walk to Puduraya National Bus station and Bukit Bintang is not far from Puduraya. So good location is the biggest advantage this hotel enjoys. Furthermore, room is clean. All facility like air-conditioning, shower and toilet flush works well. Chinese restaurant, 24-hour convenient store, KFC, Starbucks are available close by. But room size is so limited that there is no space where you could place your personal stuff like clothes, bag or something like that. And food served in breakfast is so-so. It would be better if much more kinds of food is provided. I strongly recommend this hotel if you would like to be a traveller in the most cost-effective way.

hi i have 3 kids it was a great hotel great location and good value for money. spot on location for the markets they were at your door step. the staff are very friendly and helpfull would stay there again

During my stay, i didnt encounter any unpleasant experience. The rooms are comfortable and of an average size. The hotel location was the main attraction of this hotel as it was in the middle of Petaling Street.. Overall, my stay in this hotel met my expectations. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The toilet cystern was faulty and could not be flushed. (room number 731) family room. asked for some extra tea bags to be placed but got exactly 3 bags for each day for a family of 4 ! even after requesting the house keeping staff. reception staff was very courteous, efficient and helpful. wish travel desk person could help a first time visitor with a bit more information about the location to be visited when asked rather than giving short answers (perhaps language is a problem).
location of the hotel is convenient.

Staff are polite n courteous. I was not pleased with the bathroom cubical. As the water keeps draining out and causes a lot of noises. Should have bathtubs in all rooms and ironing boards.

The hotel is located in the famous Chinatown district in KL. Ideal for shopping, great food and destinations to attractions like Mid Valley, KLCC amongst others.

The Swiss-Inn Hotel is very good. The location is perfect, in the middle of China town. Good value for money. I can recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location adjacent to the markets was fantastic with the Hop on Hop off bus at the door. I would seriously consider this hotel if staying in KL again and I woukd recommend it to anyone.

Had a great stay and would come back and stay again..

Good location, safe for families, breakfast and food great. staff helpful close to train and monarail to golden triangle but you can not walk to the golden triangle from the hotel. I travelled with my husband and two children 10 and 14 and would stay again. I made sure i had a room with a window and i could not hear the market. Market great shopping found it very safe wih children. The room had four single beds two pushed together but that was fine. breakfast good great value for family on a hoilday.

As the hotel was under rennovation when I arrived, I missed its sign and got lost a couple of times looking for it. When I found it, I was apprehensive. However, the hotel staff were friendly and check-in was efficient. That allayed my worries a little. When I entered the rooms, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and size of the rooms. One thing which was inconvenient was getting cabs from the hotel, which is located in Chinatown. The cab charges were not metered and the drivers tend to charge exorbitantly. All in all, I enjoyed my stay in the hotel.

The hotel is in a very bad location. All of the taxi drivers warned us about it.

Your staff are very hospitable. They are very warm and would be very much willing to help. You feel so at home and secure with them. You are all great there especially to Malathy and that chinese looking girl who used to be on duty during day time together with malathy. Thank you so much for the nice accomodation. Also, the tour desk persons are great especially to Morti and his boss. I would for sure check-in again in your hotel when i come to visit Malaysia again. More power to all of you.

Complaints:
1. The pillows in the bed had a smell and it was very uncomfortable. This is true not only for my pillow but for all pillow.
2. The reservation made via holiday city was queen size bed but when actual booking was done it was twin. Tried to request for a change but the answer is no available.
3. The security key reader was not working and there was a number of times I need to go back to the receptionist to change my access card. The problem was not on the access card but on the reader. No phone on the lobby so u need to walk again. Second the guy told us its a battery problem - this gives me a conclusion that they are not proactive in replacing battery for the reader.
4. We check in 6PM went out for dinner went back 9:30 just to find out there was no towel, soap & shampoo. We called to request but the reception guy was telling us they already fill in the toiletries. Instead of listening & quickly giving our need he still reason out. Finally around 10:15PM the guy from housekeeping came in for the soap, towel and shampoo. Very very poor service and responsive on cust needs.
