Quite a good location not too far from many of Batam's shopping malls or nightlife. The staff are very courteous & helpful. The rooms are clean the food is good, & has a very good KTV bar. Would certanly use this hotel again.

My stay in this hotel met my expectations. The breakfast was fantastic especially the fried rice. The staff was really helpful and friendly. I didnt expect that the hotel location was really convenient to all the mall eg; Batam Mall and Nagoya Hill. Overall, I would recommend staying at this hotel for few nights if my friends who intend to go for a trip in Batam. Great job!!

1. Rat poison is placed in lobby glass window that's an eyesore to guests as I seen flies in the paper plate picking up deposits of poison flying into the coffee shop beside the lobby.
2. The chicken I ate was staled and nothing was done despite telling the staff on duty.
3. In conclusion, I hope improvement will be done if I ever happen to stay in this hotel again.

I must say the experience in this hotel was good and bad at the same time. The hotel service staff are good. But sadly, the hotel's environment is not quite up to expectations.

We were checked in very promptly and went our way to our hotel room. We had the 6th floor. The lift lobby area on the floor was filled with cigarette smoke and the air conditioning was turned off. The lighting was a bit too dim for our liking.

I had requested for 2 twin sharing rooms, instead I was given two double room. So, I had to call to reception to make the change. Our advise don't take double rooms...they stink with cigarette smoke.

Then in our changed room....we were given two rooms that the air cond was not functioning properly. At least my room was ok ...also I'm not too fond of strong air cond so I settled in my room pretty well. My two other friends had no choice but to request for another change, at least service was prompt and friendly.

It's not bad a place but a bit inconvenient as the location of the hotel is situated in a location where food is hard to find unless you eat at the hotel. Shopping area is also further away. It took us about 20 minutes to get to Batam Centre from the hotel and vice versa. So don't get fooled by the "minutes drive" in the write-up. But it is closer to the spa and to Golden Prawn restaurant ..if those are your destinations, then the hotel is not too bad a choice.
