Let's not ignore or forget the little guests, they need to feel welcome too. You need to push very hard in order to close the bathroom door thus making a lot of unpleasant noise everytime you close the bathroom door. The hotel room is not sound proof. You can hear your neighbour whenever they open and close the door or even flush the toilet!

The wireless internet system needs to be fixed; all I got was excuses, no ansers. The internet is part of todays business travelers needs. The room was fine although it took maintenance two days to get the lock so that I could get into my room.

The toilet bowl over flow when flush ! It took two call to house keeping before they finally turn up to resolve the matter.

From our experience of other hotels with similar room rates this should be included.
