Couple who is checked-in with kid shall be given extra towel and swimming pool towel coupons automatically upon checking in as the reservation being made known on the number guests. Let's not ignore or forget the little guests, they need to feel welcome too. You need to push very hard in order to close the bathroom door thus making a lot of unpleasant noise everytime you close the bathroom door. The hotel room is not sound proof. You can hear your neighbour whenever they open and close the door or even flush the toilet!

The fitness center does not open until 7:00 AM; this is to late for business people. The wireless internet system needs to be fixed; all I got was excuses, no ansers. The internet is part of todays business travelers needs. The room was fine although it took maintenance two days to get the lock so that I could get into my room.

Coffee Terrace staff not very friendly and helpful. The toilet bowl over flow when flush ! It took two call to house keeping before they finally turn up to resolve the matter.

No complimentary newspaper and bottled water only on arrival. From our experience of other hotels with similar room rates this should be included.

If you want to go into town it is a far and you will need a taxi. But once inside the hotel, I had no intention of leaving! Very comfortable with an excellent view of the ocean. Truly an ocean view!

Hotel is located in a very isolated corner and free shuttle from hotel is not available anytime to and fro from the bus terminal and cause inconvenience to customer without personal transport. Choices of food (ala carte) is not a lot and is disappointed that ala carte malaysian cuisine is not available. On recreation wise, I think the games and facilities provided in this hotel is good to keep guest entertained. Overall, this resort is a good destination for relaxation. Not too clean balcony.

Shower is not in good condition

The breakfast is too bad. 1. There's no free drinking water.

This hotel must have been really nice when it opened but no money has been put back into the place, it is poorly maintained, looking tired now. THE LINENS WERE OLD SOME WITH HOLES AND ALL DIFFERENT SHADES. EVEN THOUGH IT WAS MEANT TO BE A DELUXE ROOM IT WAS ONLY AVERAGE.

Don't go here unless you are desparate. There are so much nicer hotels for less money. This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in.

No hand towel, face towel and the bath towel given is torn. Irregular sending of newspaper.

Quite surprising to find that the hotel was rather quiet on a school holiday, hence a little bit eerie walking around at night.Location was a bit too far for backpackers like ourselves as we depended on the public transport. Perhaps the hotel could provide free shuttle bus/van from lumut town?? And no morning papers for the guests? The room was excellent.Loved the huge bed and the bathroom!

The cleaning of rooms was very late in the day. We arrived at 8:30 pm and were originally told that a room with a double bed was not available. After saying that we had requested such a room they told us that we would have to wait for 30 minutes until they could clean on. The next day our room was not cleaned until late in the afternoon.

Strong request for a non-smoking room with twin bed not met. Anyway, we eventually opted for a twin room in a smoking room but were rather satisfied with the room condition with no cigarette smell.

ROOM NOT READY WHEN ARRIVED.BOOKED FOR SEAVIEW BUT GIVEN GARDEN VIEW AND HAS TO MAKE REQUEST FOR POOLVIEW ROOM.

Hotel is too far from town. The way to hotel is too dark, no street lamp. We felt in the jungle. Nobody gave us a hand when we check-in, we must searched by our own. Bath tub & Sink are obstruct. Floor is a bit sticky.

Carpets could do with a clean otherwise a very comfortable enjoyable stay. Will come again.
