Chinatown is only 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Nice bar and a very good piano player. Excellent restaurant with a great buffet. Very nice room. It was really good when you are travelling with children, who can sleep on their own.

They should have stated that in the advertisement. I was misled by that. The toilet do not flush properly....frustrating

When we return we were not able to enter our room as the keys we had could not open the door. So we went to the reception and have it fix and when we open the door we found that some else has taken our room. So we went to the reception counter again and we wanted the room on the same floor as our friends. The check in counter said it was not available but we insisted then she discovered that they have been moved us next door on the same floor as our friends. They dont even know and have not informed us of this change at all. I am truly amazed at the ignorance of the staff at the hotel. For S$120.00 a night I felt that it is expensive for this hotel which looks good from the outside but not the inside. I will not return to this hotel again. Some 3 star hotels in K.L is better value for money. We chose this hotel because there is Gym and pool. Wow it is so small....

Perhaps more weights. On 2 occasions, there was a power failure, each time I had to ring reception to have it rectified
