However, I am not going to let this girl spoil this very good hotel and will definitely go back to the Swiss Garden Hotel, KL. The reason I gave "Cleanliness" a 4 was because there were stains on the bed sheets, but these were changed promptly upon contacting Housekeeping. Everything else was spotless (5/5) and the room was extremely confortable.

No major hiccups from our stay. Will stay again. Very good overall. Only downside is no additional powerpoints in the room or bathroom for charging phone, cameras, shavers, especially for a deluxe room.

But sad to note, only 2 pairs of bedroom slippers, toothbrushes etc were provided. Generally, the room is very well maintained and cleanliness is tip top!
